Terms of Service

1. What Get Frank Is

Get Frank is an AI-powered coaching service that delivers personalized daily voice notes to your WhatsApp. You provide a goal, choose a coaching style, and receive a short audio message each morning based on your goal and any replies you've sent. Get Frank is a coaching tool. It is not a medical service, a therapy service, or a crisis support service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Get Frank. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Get Frank is not designed for or directed at minors.

3. What We Provide

Your subscription includes:

•       One personalized voice note delivered to your WhatsApp each morning

•       Adaptation based on replies you send us

•       Ability to change your goal at any time

•       Access to your chosen coaching style and voice

We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve the service at any time. We will notify you of material changes.

4. What We Don't Provide

Get Frank is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or a medical emergency, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or call your local emergency services immediately.

Frank does not remember conversations between sessions beyond what you explicitly provide as replies. Frank is not a human being.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Get Frank is a monthly subscription service. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the price displayed at signup.

We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by texting CANCEL or using the cancellation link in your welcome message. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

•       Use Get Frank for any unlawful purpose

•       Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate the service

•       Provide false information at signup with intent to misuse the service

•       Share your account access with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, voice characters, scripts, branding, and materials produced by Get Frank are the intellectual property of Get Frank. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any Get Frank content without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Get Frank is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcomes will result from using it. Coaching outcomes depend entirely on your own actions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Frank and its founders, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Get Frank is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via WhatsApp or email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

GET FRANK

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. We will never sell your data.

1. What Data We Collect

When you sign up and use Get Frank, we collect:

•       Your name and email address

•       Your mobile number for WhatsApp delivery

•       Your stated goal and coaching preferences

•       Replies you send to your daily voice notes

•       Basic usage data — delivery confirmations, reply timestamps

•       Payment information, processed securely by our payment provider (we do not store card details)

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide and improve the Get Frank service:

•       To generate your personalized daily voice note

•       To adapt future notes based on your replies

•       To process your subscription payment

•       To contact you about your account or material service changes

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not build profiles for sale. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in Section 4.

3. AI and Your Data

Your name, goal, coaching style, and replies are passed to an AI language model to generate your personalized script each morning. This data is processed in real time and is not used to train AI models. We use reputable AI providers with data processing agreements in place.

Your voice notes are generated using a text-to-speech service. The script text is passed to this service for audio generation. No biometric or voice data from you is collected.

4. Third Parties We Work With

We work with a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate Get Frank:

•       Payment processing — Stripe

•       WhatsApp delivery — Twilio

•       AI script generation — Anthropic or OpenAI

•       Voice generation — ElevenLabs

•       Data storage — Airtable or equivalent

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted. Reply data used to personalize your notes is retained for the duration of your subscription.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@getfrank.me. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

•       Access the personal data we hold about you

•       Request correction of inaccurate data

•       Request deletion of your data

•       Object to or restrict certain processing

•       Data portability

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. No system is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

8. Children's Privacy

Get Frank is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via WhatsApp or email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
